He is the founder, owner, and manager of Fit 24/7 gym (since 2002; a,k,a, Fitness Solutions 24/7), a vibrant and thriving business in Durango, Colorado, where he lives with his wife Teri and their two teenage boys. In the health and fitness industry since 2001, Don has trained thousands of women and men of all ages, shapes, sizes, and abilities. He is well known for creating unique, fun, challenging, efficient, and effective training programs.
