In this retreat at the Durango Dharma Center with San Francisco-based performance artist Nina Wise, participants will engage in the activites that have brought joy and peace of mind to humans since the inception of the species, activites that are often forgone in modern life. Through meditation, stretching, chanting and telling stories, we will express what lies within us. As we sing and move, tell our stories and sit in silence, we are transformed in the best of ways. We become wiser, more compassionate and happier. Leave refreshed, reinvigorated and with a renewed zest for living expressively.
